  The older lady was so kind and helpful. She actually made eye contact smiled and I could tell was genuinely interested in helping me with the Amazon return.

  I spend alot of money with this store and i had the box all i needed was small strip of tape and the guy wanted to charge me 5$ and this is how you lose customers pretty sad

  So I came back from a vacation and essentially every single package was there except one and when I checked, it said delivered so then I had my apartment manager open all the lockers. There was nothing else in there, which means that UPS marked it as delivered without any photographic evidence that it was delivered and now this specific store and UPS customer service are trying to pass the Buck back-and-forth… This was a particularly expensive item meant as a gift for someone and not only is it not here now, but neither The physical store or customer service is accepting responsibility. Avoid this company and the store like the plague.
