  The staff. Every time I go in there, everybody is so friendly and helpful. During this visit to your store, I was waited on by Jesstin. He was wonderful. Very patient and walked me through some things that I was confused about with my returns.

  The attitude of the employee was so rude. I don’t ever make reviews and am very patient but WOW. I don’t know how this person got hired. He was yelling at everyone and had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen in my life. Me and the person in-front of me walked out with our packages. Will never be back

  Stopped in today to make a return. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that was working but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was carrying a child and waiting in line for an extended period of time when a gentleman tried to cut in front of me. I told the worker that I was actually next in line and he responded with an attitude and was very unpleasant. Thankfully Ms.Lee stopped what she was doing to assist me. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would ever visit this location again. I was not the only was that he was being unpleasant with. It was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
