  The absolute worst customer service. I never write any reviews unless they’re positive. This is the last time I’m going into this store. The Asian guy working was so nasty and so bothered to help. Disgusting customer service.

  I went into the albertson UPS store with approximately 9 packages to be returned. All QR codes were printed and with their respective package. Walking in, the young man at the counter was very quiet, barely looked up to say hello- there were 2 boxes that had aQR code that stated” customer packed”. I didnt realize that it needed to be put in an additional box. He was quite rude when pointing it out- another return needed an additional piece of tape- and he wanted to charge me $1.00- i asked for the manager- Frank, who was sarcastically rude. I personally will never go into thus UPS location again-

  Customer service has always been poor, but this staff member really went above and beyond to prove it. Rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Management may want to start staff training soon before this becomes the standard!
