  The employee wasn't inside the building when we entered. She came back inside after seeing us enter and did not greet us. She was very visibly upset and annoyed that we were there, attitude was rude and they didn't listen/pay attention to the order, we had to repeat ourselves several times. When we got to the condiments, she seemed to be agitated and really squeezed the bottles hard. There was way too much on the sandwich, but with her attitude; I wasn't comfortable saying anything about it for fear of her being more angry. Once we finished the order, she said we were all done, and walked back out from behind the counter to converse with someone else who she knew that had entered and sat down at a table, we didn't even get offered a receipt. Once we got home to eat, the only thing I could taste on my sandwich was the ridiculous amount of condiments, the sandwich was dropping huge globs with every other bite. I ended up feeling sick with heartburn shortly after.

  Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude, had no energy, gave no greeting, and barely spoke during the entire order. Customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. After we left, she was outside smoking. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be coming back.

  The lady working today cut me off from speaking twice, was extremely rude, and made me wait an additional 10 minutes purely because she felt like it. What a horrible experience.
