  I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by the manager, Samantha. I arrived stressed out as a result of an Amazon return gone wrong. Samantha was empathetic and put my mind at ease assuring me she would make sure the item was properly packaged and labeled. You cannot put a price on the piece of mind she provided me. She is definitely an asset to the company. I’ll surely return to this location for my shipping needs in the future.

  The store manager Samantha was awesome! She could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented about the entire packing and shipping process. I would highly recommend this location and hope she's there for a long time to come as I know I have an ally in that location and that anything packed and shipped from there will be done correctly. More stores need Samantha's at the helm. It's a shame that the true ratings of these stores get hammered by reviews about things that are are of the store operators' control, like shipping times and service delays. The folks in the Fedex Office retail locations are with few exceptions doing a great job to satisfy their clients and they often take it on the chin as a result of these outside factors.
