Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.
I came to this location specifically to send a fax. The employee told me that the fax machine was self-service. I explained that I had never used their fax machine before and simply asked him to show me how to get started. He said he would help me.
Instead, he continued helping customer after customer who came in after me. I waited while he helped one person, then another, then another — including new customers who entered the store after I had already been waiting.
The biggest problem was not even the wait. It was the complete lack of communication and basic customer service. He never said, “I’ll be with you in five minutes,” “Let me finish these packages first,” or even acknowledged that I was still standing there waiting for the help he had already told me he would provide.
Eventually, I decided to figure out the self-service machine myself rather than continue waiting. Then I discovered that the machine was not even logged in, so I could not proceed without employee assistance anyway.
To make matters worse, the store had already reopened late after the lunch break, so customers were already losing time before receiving service.
This is basic customer-service etiquette: if a customer arrives first and needs a few minutes of assistance, either help them or clearly communicate how long they need to wait. You should not leave that customer standing to the side indefinitely while repeatedly serving people who arrived later.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this location was operated. If you are coming here because you need quick assistance with a service you haven't used before, be prepared to wait without knowing when — or whether — someone will actually help you.
I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
