  This FedEx was amazing and the store manager was fantastic! I needed to print a large 4’ x 10’ customer journey map for a workshop I am leading at work and this store responded to my request right away, answered my questions about print roll size and timing when I called and had the map and accompanying docs ready in less than 24 hours. Knowing I can rely on FedEx for this kind of work printing is such a relief! Thank you Albany FedEx on Wolf Road!!!

  I had the best customer experience of my life today. I think the person who helped me is named Nia. (She deserves a raise - what a gigantic asset she is to the store!) I was in and out of there in like 30 seconds, and I really appreciated the shot of good cheer she gave me, too.
