  It was another positive experience at Cricket Wireless on Central Ave Albany and also in Rotterdam as well. I purchased my new Samsung A36 from Taylor in Rotterdam Cricket store. Taylor was extremely helpful and courteous. I picked up my accessory for my new phone from Matt in the Albany Cricket Wireless store. Matt was great to talk with and most helpful. I highly recommend Cricket Wireless stores at both the Rotterdam and Albany location on Central Ave in Albany. A most satisfied Cricket Wireless customer!

  Frank gave me the best customer service! I felt silly, b/c I called they Kiosk 3 times, 1) to hear the price 2) called back for appt 3) to cancel bc something came up and he was nice every time. Sweet heart. Thank you for dealing with my questions 🙏
