  I needed help getting my phone number switched over to a new phone and was lucky enough to have Cameron help me with this stressful situation. Cameron took the time to answer all my questions and get my new phone up and running in no time. He was so kind and patient with me. What a great representative!! I will be sure to recommend your store to all my friends and relatives. I hope Cricket realizes what a valuable employee they have in Cameron. Thanks Cameron

The manger Is AMAZING 👏 I was treated so well, and the service and knowledge along with the willingness to not just be of great 👍 help connecting me with a service that is offering so much for my budget. She also made sure that all my information, contacts etc was loaded and running I literally only had to do was just USE MY PHONE As I normally would, except now I have great service and I'm pleased to use a company like Cricket. Awesome 👌 Customer service, Amazing assistance, incredibly personable. Honest business engagement. Extremely Pleased with The management She is Top Notch And truly a true asset to the Cricket

  by far the best customer experience i have ever had!! Sean was an amazing representative and deserves a raise!! not only did he answer all of my question but he was an absolute pleasure to work with, I will be recommending this location to all of my friends and family

  Cricket is amazing, and the women working there are the bomb, it’s really beneficial having reliable service and be treated kindly during any visit with them.

  Megan at the Crossgates mall cricket shop is the best I used to deal with her in the Catskill store and I followed her to Albany. Because she is a very good customer service she’s inviting knowledgeable and knows her sales and knows the products. Cricket should have more employees like Megan in their establishments.
