  Just had a terrible experience, I was left a bit confused since Matt was so kind and wonderful to the couple he was helping before me. I waited 30 min to be helped which I didn't mind thinking I would receive the same treatment as the couple before me. I bought a Samsung s26 and asked if transferring my data would be an issue. I was told by Matt it would not be a problem , we'll bad luck would have it there was issue after issue and I was told repeatedly by Matt thay he never owned a Samsung, then he tells me I have to delete storage on my old phone for the transfer to work , I didn't know how to do this and Matt simply walks away when he comes back I ask how n he keeps saying he never owned a Samsung and now I'm getting upset because I just paid 1,000 and I'm stuck with no answers so finally I say then I guess I need my money back and I will to go a different store n find someone who is familiar with Samsung, well things just got weird after that .....then Cameron shows up and saves the day when I asked for his help because even tho he was there Matt DIDNT on my behalf . Strange strange strange was this whole situation !! In less than 10 min Cameron got it done . Matt never apologized for his bad behavior and I told him straight out if he didn't want to serve us he could have just told me I would have gone somewhere else . I asked for the managers number and was told they can't give that out so I'm left writing a review about this horrible experience .

  I needed help getting my phone number switched over to a new phone and was lucky enough to have Cameron help me with this stressful situation. Cameron took the time to answer all my questions and get my new phone up and running in no time. He was so kind and patient with me. What a great representative!! I will be sure to recommend your store to all my friends and relatives. I hope Cricket realizes what a valuable employee they have in Cameron. Thanks Cameron
