  Very bad customer service. I went to Subway at night, and the employee refused to make my sub, saying they had to do the temperature check before 11 PM. I understand that store procedures are important, but refusing to serve a customer because of that is unacceptable. They could have finished my order first . Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

  Stopped in as a truck driver for about a hour and ate. The young lady America was so rude to myself and other customers. She had folks waiting in line while she talked to a friend with brown hair and blonde highlights about what happened on the job. A guy had been standing waiting to order and she was in the back. You could hear the alarm go off and when she finally walked back up he asked could you not hear the alarm. She got so nasty even I looked up. Her excuse was she had a lot to do. Unacceptable

  Are they understaff or something? Waited 10 mins after store clerk told me someone will help me in a little bit. Didn’t want to wait another 10-20 mins and left.
