  My situation warranted going to a physical store to upgrade my device. The new phone is great and service continues to be generally reliable, but I regret making a visit. Employees' glossing over the breakdown of charges bothered me. I was also unsettled by their upselling tactics. The representatives appeared to disguise corporate greed by being (disingenuously) friendly. This behavior can force someone to consider doing only online transactions.

  I hate the Cricket store on Victorian ave. & i dont understand cause Cricket charges for everything you can come up with. And the favorite thing the store up here is that when you complain they always tell you that they are just a franchise & aren't really from Cricket.
