  A young guy working here could not have been nicer laminating tree leaves as mementos for my kids. I called a premier print shop in Reno, but they said they couldn't do it. This UPS location did it without hesitation. Thanks again for being so cool and helpful.

  I went into print some blueprints. The pricing is $15.99+ $.99 per square foot. The guy working insisted it was $15.99 per page and tried to charge me almost $200 when it should have been about $70 total. I should have gone somewhere else, but the print job was halfway done before he shared the price with me. Don’t print here.

  I was having a difficult day. I walked into the UPS store on Marianne. All employees were smiling and truly enjoying their job and each other, which instantly changed my mood! Deep was most helpful! He remedied a problem I had and was extremely kind and helpful, noticing I was not having a good day.
