Mitchel is amazing. We came in to get some paperwork notarized last minute and he got us in quick and taken care of. This store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Of all of the UPS stores in Reno, my family (including adult children) all prefer this location due to them meeting our professional and personal needs. From shipping gifts to printing flyers and documents. The service is fast and friendly and they never say no, but always find a way to help! We use the notary services quite quite a bit too!

Its a shame that you don't go up to 10 because thats what I would give it. Ive been going there since it first opened. Even with the new beginnings and the learning experiences of starting a new place, I was actually delighted to wait in line and experience such genuine friendly, caring even humorous interactions that the staff and the owner, MITCH, treated the clientele. If they were frowning due to the crowd when they came in, they were smiling when they left. .myself included. Great packing, mailing, and easy Amazon returns. Thanks!
