  Excellent experience! I had to ship delicate art ceramics from Reno to South Carolina. Mitch wrapped everything carefully and our artwork arrived perfectly. I was worried but Mitch was confident, he told me not to worry, he was right! Thank you!

  In the past when I had to go to ship items, I usually would get a feeling of dread as I was certain that an unpleasant experience was about to come before me. However, I am so happy to report that this UPS Store provides by far the best shipping experiences that I have ever had in my life. Mitch and his team go far above and beyond for their customers. I needed to ship a heavy freight order consisting of multiple items . I had no idea how I was going to do it. I contacted another UPS Store and they had no clue how to help me. When I came to Mitch, he came up with the entire plan on how to ship these items for me and at a reasonable price too! He arranged the freight service pick up, packed the items expertly, and the items arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule! I also had a very oversized, fragile item to ship and the staff took time to help me arrange the shipping so everything would go according to plan. I can't recommend this store enough- they are so kind, helpful, and skilled at what they do.
