  1st time in the Lemmon Drive UPS &I was very impressed with the entire operation and pleasant attitude of the people working there. Customers were very pleasant and understanding too!😁

  Don’t waste your time going to this one, choose another ups store they want $5 to print a copy of a paper 🙄 who would pay that for a copy!!! I’ll forget about this as an option for mailing anything!!

  I don't know why this store has a low rating. Every time I've been to this store, I've always been greeted with a "hello, how can I help you?" "welcome in" This place is friendly! I have never had a rude experience or anything happen that made me feel uncomfortable. I'm usually in and out pretty fast, unless someone that comes in before me and isn't organized/ready or understand what they are doing there, then it takes some extra time. They've got shipping supplies to buy, self shipping machines (so if you have your Amazon package that needs returned with the label already scan and go) they are able to package your stuff for you (at a cost) do notary, copies, FAX and so much more. Parking is a multi complex shared parking, No public bathrooms, Kids ok but not a play center, Takes cash, CC, Debit, Opens at 9 am and closes at 6pm usually 1-2 on staff. Every time my business was completed I'm usually told "have a nice day or have a blessed day" This is a friendly store, I recommend this place. If you are local to Lemon Valley help keep our local business strong!

  Always friendly. When one attemdant is available she pays attention to customers in line as well. For example is aware when line starts getting long and will multitask as needed to help people with quick issues like just dropping a package. Thank you for that.
