  I was late I was lost and I called after looking for the UPS store online nearest to me I was still about 10 minutes away when I called he was closing his drawer and I asked him if he could wait and he said yes he was so nice very gentlemanly like and when I got there he was helping others he helped me he waited he explained it to me And I left one happy person and he was very smiling and happy with his employment and that means a lot to me and today’s world I am grateful to the UPS store and to AJ

  AJ provided outstanding customer service. He explained step-by-step what he was doing to send documents as certified mail. I greatly appreciate his time and service!!

  This store was going to charge me for a return label. I ended up going to the one off Longley lane and they did not charge me for a return label from Amazon. If you need to return packages from Amazon you can save the money and go to the one on longley instead! What really bothered me is the employee lied and said that everyone charges more than what he did. Just dishonest business practices.
