  Went to pick up order and someone took my sandwich. Do they not check who is grabbing orders? They would not remake it.

  This has to be one of the best subways in Reno I was helped by Ralph and Crystal! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile they were very patient for me cuz I was indecisive lol 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody who is looking for a great sub made fresh I will be back hungry for more!

  Take my advice. Stay away. Go to the Beach Hut off McCarren. Best SW shop in the Reno area. Subway no smile,, no welcome to Subway, food soggy, brown...
