    When you order food on the subway app it keeps cancelling my order. It’s done it to me twice. The employee that works there at night when I order is very rude, not friendly and does not have any customer service skills or manager skills at all. When you ask for sides he tell you we don’t do any sides. There phone does not work when you call it just rings and goes to voicemail. The store I am talking about is at 1901 Silverada Blvd Unit 24 Reno Nevada 89512. The other employees that used to work there were amazing and now I only see the one guy that works there. I am so disappointed and disgusted.

    I'm a delivery driver, and I've never had someone be so rude to me for just doing my job. In picking up an order, the lady running the counter informed me that I would need to fill up the drink for my customer. I let her know that as someone who is not a worker for the restaurant it isn't sanitary for me to prepare parts of the order, and also the responsibility of the restaurant to have a complete order for me to pick up. She was quite loud and belligerent stating that it wasn't her job and saying that I need to go and be replaced with another driver. I was perfectly polite and calm the entire time but the cashier continued to be rude and disrespectful to me. Ultimately they gave me the order without the drink, so now the customer is impacted as well. I do not understand how someone in a customer service job can behave this way to a customer or a courier doing business on their behalf. Definitely not the kind of behavior I would want from someone working in my establishment. Maybe this should be monitored more closely by management?

    Come in for pick up order. Person working is in the bathroom, they come out hands unwashed wearing flip flops with no socks. Disgusting.
