  Terrible service from her office staff. I did not want to renew our policy so I notified them and they refused to answer my calls or voicemails. They charged our mortgage more than a month in advance for a renewal I didn’t want and at a higher policy amount that I denied. Now I am stuck waiting for a refund on money they should have never received.

  I received a letter from Allstate saying that they would not be covering my home roof because it is “too old” after being with them for over 35 years. I wonder if they would replace my house because of it being older than my roof?! I see it as Another attempt to have their clients pay for other people’s risk of living in a higher risk area. I suppose that I’m lucky to have insurance coverage (for now anyway) until they decide to cancel me. If don’t live in Louisiana or Florida and don’t like paying for their insurance issues. My agent and their staff have been great otherwise.

  I transferred from my previous agent to Milissa Kelley. I can’t say enough how fortunate they are to have Elsa and Irwin as an asset! They both constantly go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of. I was walked step by step after I had to file an insurance claim after an accident and Elsa constantly remained in communication with us regarding our claim. I can’t say that I’ve had any other insurance provider who has done that in the past for me. If you’re looking for great customer service, please bring all your insurance needs and questions to Elsa!
