  The store manager is unreasonable and does not care about basic service. Our shipment was redirected to this location from our home as a courtesy by FedEx because we were not home to receive a delivery that required adult signature. After locating the package, the store manager refused to release the package to me, despite my ID matching the name and address of the original destination because I did not have the door tag. The store manager called the regional manager who stood on the same policy. It was painfully clear I was the intended recipient and they would not release the package to me. Rubbish.

  I went in here to print, sign and scan a legal document. While the employees were helpful, they only had black pens. The manager told me in a rather arrogant tone they were only required to have black pens. She seemed more interested in explaining a sales contest to her employees than helping me. I'm a former FedEx employee and 5 Star award winner. I guess people - service - profit went away with Fred Smith. Guess what? The UPS store has blue pens, so I will use them from now on. Good luck with your contest!

  Every time I've been here, the employees are super friendly and efficient! Once, I ordered a custom print job using my own archival paper, and the staff was super accommodating. The print job came out professionally and saved me a ton of time!

  Service is a thing of the past, not here! James was so nice and helpful. I will go out of my way to ship at the location in the future.
