  Even though they were closed early due to short staffing. Some team members from DHL made it possible for me to recover my package! It goes without saying that they were incredibly patient and respectful. I met a few faces while waiting for a response. But, Jason was the person who took their time to dispatch me at the front desk and was very helpful. Thank you Jason.

  Thank you for great services in Reno NV. The people who working at the front desk are very nice and friendly . I am here to appreciate the help and support specially from Mark Borbas who did really great job 👏 while my package was coming from UAE to US. Thank you Mr. Mark ❤️❤️👏👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Package was supposed to be delivered on Oct 31 and not only was it not delivered they lied and tried to blame it on me saying I wasn't home for the delivery. I was not only home all day but I was either on the front porch or in a chair not 3 feet away from the door. I called customer service today Nov 1 and they said it would at my house between 4 and 6 today but again it never showed up and the website now says it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. This was also a non contact delivery so even if I wasn't home it should have been delivered on the front porch anyway. This is absolutely horrible service from a delivery company. Other delivery companies didn't have any issues delivering on those days just DHL. Update: Moved from 1 stars to 3 stars package was finally delivered but only after I contacted the email in the response. The extra 2 stars are for the DHL customer support not the Reno branch. The package wasn't signature required so no reason it wasn't left on the porch on Oct 31. DHL Reno wouldn't be my first choice to ship or receive packages at this point.
