  Daniel is one of the most disrespectful sales rep I ever meet. Horrible customer service. He made me feel like I couldn’t afford things. And please let your sales rep to stop trying to sleep all of his customers...

  Cricket warranty done by a 3rd party, is horrible, I've been paying for 3 phones $24 a month for the last 4 months and when my phone screen cracked I called and the sent me to a 3rd party to file a claim, they charged me $30 and never showed up for the appointment. I called cricket, they said they couldn't do anything about it, I told them I wanted to drop my warranty coverage, they told me I had to go into the store to do it. I went into the store and got the insurance canceled, they also canceled my auto pay, I didnt ask them to do that nor did they tell me that. I got a notice that my autopay didn't go through and 3 days later they disconnected my service and added a $15 charge to my account. Cricket sucks.

  Lily is my favorite customer service worker, love her to death, great service and so kind and sweet.!!
