  Ok. I actually visited the one on Mccarran Blvd. in Sparks. She was awesome & I would highly recommend this location. Do NOT recommend the location on Rock Blvd., Sparks. Got there at 5:06 p.m. (open till 7 p.m.). A handwritten sign..back at 5:30. Annoying but...waited as important to get transaction completed. 5:43 STILL not back so gave up and went to McCarran Crickett where we were helped immediately.

  Rude, rude, rude, I went in to ask if I was allowed to trade in my phone or upgrade my phone from the plan I have now and the responses were served with attitude and ugly faces. I am switching to another carrier for this reason, I advise others do the same.
