  I WAS EXTREMELY SURPRISED!! PAID 147.00 FOR A SAMSUNG A36. HAD PROBLEMS IMMEDIATLY! THE PHONE WAS JUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE. I COULDN'T MOVE IT OR IT WOULD DISCONNECT CALLS. WHEN PLUGGED IN IT STARTING OPENING APPS. MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS POPPING UP WITH FILES JUST RIGHT THERE WITHOUT MY SECURITY CODE OR EVEN SIGNING INTO AN APP. THE CONSTANT " YOUR CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE""" ALSO: THERE WERE MESSAGES ABOUT FACEBOOK REGARDING STUPID STUFF. THE PHONE THINKS I AM IN CALIFORNIA. I AM IN RENO NV. IT DISCONNECT CALLS CONSTANTLY. I WAS ININDATED BY CALLS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS COLLECTION ACCOUNTS . 30-40 CALLS A DAY. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NEW PHONE. THEN CAME CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 HOURS I SPENT TRYING TO GET THROUGH. THE APP MY CRICKET WOULDN'T LET ME SIGN IN. THEN IF I DID GET A VOICE THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I HAD TO RESET THE PHONE THEN DELETE ADDS POPPING UP CONSTANTLY. THIS COMPANY HAS GOTTEN SO BAD. I AM REPORTING IT TO THE FCC. IM A DISABLED SENIOR. I NEED TO HAVE A RELIABLE PHONE. IT APPEARS I HAVE TO RETURN THE PHONE AND CLAIM WARRANT ISSUES. THAT MEANS I WON'T HAVE A PHONE FOR 5 DAYS. AND THEY ADDED THE WRONG PAYMENT DATE SO I HAD TO CALL IN THE PAYMENT. I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE 2 MONTHS. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. 0/10. ON ALL POINTS. BEWARE OF THE KEYSTONE STORE. AFTER 30 YEARS THEY ARE SO BAD THAT THEY CAN'T HONESTLY SELL A PHONE. SHAME ON YOU CRICKET!!!!° Additional information. The phone is being shipped back to warranty. Cricket was NOT AUTHORIZED TO TAKE A PAYMENT AND THEY DEDUCTED THE PAYMENT ANYWAY. IT IS NOW GOING TO FRAUD ALONG WITH THE FCC.

  Got a new Pixel to replace my iPhone 12 and Keinye (I'm sorry I totally forgot your name dude but I'm sure whoever reads this / goes there / supervises the store will know who I'm talking about) transfered my line /eSIM super quick, transferred all my apps and data to my new phone and was super chill and kept me updated. Great customer service the GOAT cricket wireless employee.
