  The older woman with a grey pony tail is just about as rude as it gets. Absolutely disgusting customer service. She must be the owner because no one who cared about being fired would act like that. She refused to ship a paid for package that wasn't even large. And then got all upset when I called her out on her piss poor attitude and told her she wasn't cool. And that she was all sassy and excited to turn me away. I told her i came from an hour away and she said, Verbatim "ok". Total lack of care. Sounds like this is a regular thing for her. She's like your on Camera. I am thinking, I called her uncool. What a child. Avoid this place at all costs. Disgrace for the town.

  Score only on handling mis-delivered items 1. The store rejected accepting mis-delivered item (label shows the correct address but no such person) 2. Called a 800# given by the store stuff, talked to an operator and told to pick up on the same day, but the mis-delivered item is still sitting outside for five days as of today. 3. Scanning a barcode linked to the USP website. It showed package tracking records. Can you add an option for "mis delivered"? The bottom line: The UPS trucks stopped by multiple times everyday. The USP store should accept mis-delivered items. I would imagine many local residents are willing to help UPS handling mistakes. I still support your store, I can wait a long line. This maybe a small improvement steps but surelly help your reputation up.

  7/2026 at 9am on a Monday. The lone was to the door. I decided to come back after I complete other errands!! 11am came back, 2nd in line and thry handled our needs in moments!

  This UPS store NEVER answers the phone and rarely replies to email to the store. I have been calling to pay my mailbox and can't get anybody at the UPS store to answer.
