  This UPS store NEVER answers the phone and rarely replies to email to the store. I have been calling to pay my mailbox and can't get anybody at the UPS store to answer.

  All of the staff is old, over the age of 60 and is unfamiliar with new technology, equipment and operations. The photo copiers and scanners are off limits to customers and customers are not allowed to operate or touch them, which is redundant, I know how to use a copy machine. Hire a young general manager.

  Went in and the guy was very nice and said to go behind the store to pick up our package. An older lady said what are you doing ? Very rude and said who said to come pick it up over here? No communication between staff I guess. Very rude lady

  I stopped by the UPS store at 160 and Basin Ave to send a package. I wasn’t sure exactly how to and if I had the correct envelope to send the item in. I was met by the female lady named Teri. She patiently explained the procedure and printed an address form for the envelope. I thanked her and complimented her on her exceptional level of service. Good customer service is given by folks wanting to as opposed to folks having to. (Provide exceptional customer service). Teri represents UPS in a most professional manner.
