  They changed the fries which was the ONLY reason I even went to wingstop the fresh fries were my favorite thing!! And they didn't even have the game on....lame!!! Change them back...until then I'll be going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

  The online order through the app was great. I was able to order from the closest location near me so I could pick up on the way home. The timing of the order seemed to have been a little off, but that may have been the beginning of the issue. I was 5 minutes away from the location and the app and email confirmation told me 7-12 minutes. So I expected to wait based on the quoted expectations given. When I entered the employee asked order or pickup. I said pick up and showed the confirmation on my phone. The employee turned, grabbed my order immediately and handed it to me. Starving, I went to inventory the contents which were all there and grab a couple of the fries for the drive home. They were warm, not barely hot enough to handle, but sitting out for a while warm. I was a little disappointed in that, but I still had the new flavors to try. When I got home I opened up the bag and saw everything was correct ... so far. Then I opened the box with the tenders and saw only 4 instead of the 6. I looked at my receipt to verify my order. 6 Piece for 2 - 3 Mojo / 3 Hot Lemon, LG Fries, All carrots and 2 ranch. This turned a convenience into an inconvenience due to carelessness.
