  Awful. Used to be ok last year. Ordered from this location a few different times. Chicken sandwiches were not consistently sized and some were even down right tiny. Had to stop ordering from this location all together.

  First when we arrived the staff couldnt find our order which is weird considering we were the only people in the building. We had to read out our entire order just for them to pull out the only bag that was on the to go area. I ordered the meal for 5 people which was 57 dollars. The wings were basically without sauce even though i ordered the hot wings. I had to resauce them at home. The fries were under the wings in a paper tray so not only were they squished flat but they spilled everywhere. Wish i opened it when i was there i wouldve returned the whole order.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I ordered 40 wings, a large Parmesan fry, and one large tub of ranch online because I was in a rush. During the ordering process, the app asked if I wanted ranch, so naturally I expected to receive it with my order. When I arrived, I was told that my order did not include any ranch because I didn't specifically add it, and they refused to give me even four small cups of ranch. What made this experience even worse was the way I was treated. Instead of a manager handling the situation professionally, I had multiple employees from the kitchen standing in front of me while I was already speaking with the manager. One of the older ladies working in the kitchen had a very rude attitude and spoke to me as if I couldn't understand something as simple as reading my own order ticket. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. I understand policies, but customer service costs nothing. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling disrespected over something that could have been handled in a matter of seconds. After this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Looking at the reviews afterward, I can honestly understand why this store has such a low rating. The only employee who treated me with kindness and respect was the blonde-haired woman working there. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. This location seriously needs to work on its customer service and how employees speak to paying customers. And the fries were cold. To top it off.

  Very good variety of flavors , good customer service and very clean .
