  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Wingstop! The app was extremely easy to use, which made placing my order simple. I ended up needing to call the store because I was going to be a little late picking up my order. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly nice and had absolutely no problem helping me out. What really impressed me was that he actually started the order later so my food wouldn’t be sitting there getting cold while I was on my way. I honestly did not expect this level of customer service from Wingstop, but WOW! Thank you again for being so helpful and going the extra mile. Great service like this definitely deserves to be recognized!

  I placed an online order directly from the website to be delivered. I usually order a 6 piece mixed combo. I have ordered this same order lots of times and every time I order either 4 or 5 classic then 1 or 2 boneless. Every time I order that I receive a 4 or 5 bone in wings and 1 or 2 tenders. I only receive the nuggets/boneless when I order the garlic parmessan flavor. Since this is a pattern and I didn't receive what I have received in the past, I called the store. I spoke to an associate who didn't quite understand the situation so he gave the phone to a manager. The manager then proceeded to tell me that she could not remedy the situation because her "system" would not let her fix it. I told her how my past orders were and she told me in so many words that I didn't receive what I knew I had because "the system" wouldn't do that. My family and I eat at wingstop quite a bit but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for the way the manager just placed blame on her computer system instead of trying to remedy the situation.

  Sooo.... I ordered off of Uber eats and the food is amazing! I got a 3 piece chicken tenders combo (BBQ flavor) and the fries well done + extra fry seasoning with a root beer. The fries was on POINT! With the right drink too, the tenders are amazing and I got a extra tender♡ with my two sides of ranch. Amazing!

  I gave 5 stars for service because the guy who took my order was very nice. He seems to have a learning disability but he is trying. He had asked a coworker if they had any large ranch and he was told yes. He proceeded to take my order all I got was a large ranch and two bottles of water. After the order was complete and I paid another worker told him they don't have any large ranch. This young man is trying it seems like the coworkers need better training. I can't go here again because it took a lot for me to not throw ranch at the other two workers who were being rude to the young man.

  Placed a big order for my daughter’s birthday.. we had some hiccups but Andre was super accommodating and made sure all went well! Highly recommend!
