    Josie worked so hard to resolve my issue. More than she needed to, and I was so grateful ! A 3-hole punch request just wasn't possible in the end, but the effort involved shows how hard they will work for their customers

    You lost a package of ours and nobody at your store cares. You are literally costing us thousands of dollars. Full of excuses, but no results. Could not be more frustrated.

    The customer service at the store is absolutely horrible. I was thrown a laminated piece of paper because their service is horrible. You have to get on their wireless and just told here that’s our password probably the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced from anybody and then after needing to print out a label, I was told sorry you need to print this out. Can I help the next guest and completely bypassed. after going to finding a place to print this out and then realized they could’ve printed it for me had she had any customer service and offered it? I absolutely hate the UPS store.

    I dropped off a package at 8am on 12/22/25 the customer service representative assured me the package would go out at noon. The package didn't get labeled until 5:48pm. Why did it take over 8 hours? Very Lackadaisical. This is not the first time I've experienced a problem with UPS Aliante. So now my package is delayed until January 2, 2026 instead of December 29, 2025. Please don't blame it on the holidays. Take ownership of your lack of customer service.

    I normally go to a different ups store that is on my way home from my sons school but they told me they can only take 9 of my packages. I'm a small business and have anywhere up to 80 packages any given week. It was a pain but I understood. Policy is policy. Until! I randomly went into this Aliante store and they made the mistake of telling me to bring everything to them. They don't have limits. It is out of my way but when I came in one day with 4 international packages and my friend for life Brandon helped me out. I never realized what a pain interns packages are and he was so kind and so patient with me. Their store is usually super busy and he made it seem like I was the only person there. He would occasionally help others in between my complicated transactions and I was totally ok with that. I felt terrible. Brandon, if you see this I appreciate you! The owners are so kind and understanding. This is no joke my new fav place. Thank you guys for everything!
