    UPS is an awesome & versatile shipping company. Not only does the company make it an easy process for returns, one can also send out faxes, print & shred documents & more! I've been doing business with UPS for over 30 years

    I like ups and the employees at the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish the franchise store provided the discount benefits from having an online account. I try using my benefits from my account and wasn't able to. But the customer service is great

    this location should be ashamed charging $27 for two crappy passport photos that took the front desk worker less than 5 mins to take and print. What a joke. Will never use this location again.

    Went in to fax 3 pages. Quick and easy, associate was kind all the customers were being attended too. Well run place.

    This place tried to charge me 77 dollars to send a flat rate envelope. They are scamming people.
