  UPDATE: (4/6/26): Charlotte and Frances at my local UPS Store were absolutely outstanding. Charlotte, in particular, went above and beyond—she professionally packed three large boxes for me with great care and precision, all while staying calm under pressure and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. Frances was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service all around. I truly appreciate the effort and will definitely be coming back. Outstanding service from Giselle. She stayed after hours to accommodate me and went above and beyond to make sure my item was properly secured. Very kind, friendly, understanding, and extremely professional throughout the entire interaction. Her packing skills were excellent and gave me total peace of mind. This is the kind of customer service that truly stands out. Highly recommend working with her. This UPS Store is truly a gem, and all of the staff are great.
