  The corpse at the store very friendly as soon as I open the door to come in first thing they do is greet you with a smile ask you how your day is going once I got to the counter with me being on Oxygen. They’re so helpful. can we help you with something? Can we help you do something and sometimes I might need a more help with something picking a box up on the counter and they’ll do that for me but anything I need help with they smile and they do it if I ask a question if they don’t know if they can find out the correct answer to give me and that’s a blessing very very professional store, professional staff.

  Desree C the associate who helped my husband did not explain to him clearly how over night shipment is not guaranteed. By using a PO Box verses a residential add. I payed 72 dollars for over night to my PO Box to be delivered on 8/14/26 but it was not delivered until Saturday 8/15/26 at 6 pm. Desree was not understanding she was very rude not apologizing for miss information. If she explained to my husband that when delivering to a PO BOX it's not guaranteed over night but if u use a residential address it would be delivered through UPS guaranteed. She should of explained that clearly and when I came in she should of been more nice about not being clear. I know customers are right I work in retail and know how to dis-escalate a situation. I want to be compensated for her not explaining clearly. But Desree said I have to file a claim with the post office.
