    Nobody got turned away after the store was supposed to close. The employees stayed until everyone was helped.

    I was charged $1 to put a single piece of tape on a box. I’ve never been charged for a single piece of tape at another UPS Store. I brought my own box and my own label to return my modem router to the internet provider. I will continue to go somewhere else for service.

    I have had to use the store for several amazon returns, in spite of the fact that it really wasn't THEIR business they were always helpful and took care of details very nicely

    Muy mala esperiencia mande un paquete desde el domingo y todabia no llega y me dijeron que segun llegava el miercoles y era muy importante que llegara antes del sabado y nada que llega.
