  They make you sign some paperwork just to pick up a package. Then, charged $15 for not having a mailbox with them. Not recommended.

  Worst customer service. They dont know what they are doing. They completely sent my package to a wrong location even when I paid for Certified mail and had the address correct on the package. Incompetent people. They basically brushed me off when inquiry was made on how they could send it somewhere else. She told me its not in their hands anymore basically your on your own.

  Greg was rude extremely! Just judge me for being Muslim. Straight up didn't want to help me the second I came The Hispanic girl was also not welcoming and He said he couldn't take my documents!! One it said ID and court order name change was okay but apparently to Greg that was not acceptable when it was on the website! This was first place as Muslim I got treated badly As Muslim women I have never been told no before I even speak! I did my fingerprints myself figured the machine myself cause not one of out of 3 people was even close to being helpful! Worst customer service I have had in Vegas by far

  went to this location for govt fingerprinting services. was placed at a kiosk alone to verify my own ID documents and scan my own fingerprints. i was struggling with one of the rolling finger prints. i was visibly frustrated, so an older gentleman walked over. he proceeded to watch and stand over me without offering any assistance. when i asked for help, he stated “they’re your fingerprints, what do you want me to tell you?” i’ve never had to complete my own fingerprint scans and have been fingerprinted over 10 times in the last 5 years for employment. i’ve also never had to verify my own ID docs. the staff were rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to help. i ended up cancelling my fingerprint appt with the and went to a different location. would not recommend this location for fingerprinting services.
