  This location has horrible "customer service". I dropped a package off - which was confirmed with RFID. The package was incorrectly sorted and sent to LAUREL, MARYLAND. UPS subsequently opened an investigation and ultimately issued a claim because they cannot locate the package. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS!!! As of now, I am in contact with the manufacturer/ups as there is no resolution as of late.

  The gentleman inside was very unprofessional and yelled at my wife for not having taped a bag shut that she was trying to return for Amazon and then proceeded to make her buy a new bag to return the Amazon product.

  Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My package was handled quickly they made the whole process easy and professionally with having a lot of patient. I’ll definitely return.
