  I stopped into this location because I had a coupon. When I got up to the counter I informed the guy taking my order that I would be using my coupon. When he finished my sub and I went to pay, I handed him the coupon. He tries to charge me double. I informed him of the coupon. Oh I'm sorry I forgot. He proceeds to void the order and ring it up again, this time using the coupon. I gave him a $20.00 bill. He hands me back $11.00. Ok, where's the rest of my change? He starts looking confused. Oh it should've come down in the change machine. No sir it didn't. He looks confused. This girl who was working behind the counter, comes over oh the change machine is broken. She then begins fumbling around in the change drawer until she finds the worst looking change she can find and hands it to me. No apologies or anything. I won't be visiting this location again. Don't try and cheat people. It's not about the change its the principle of it. You fumbled around in that drawer until you found the worst of the change.

  Honestly this the first bad service I had at this place not only did the lady attend to not listen and follow directions she just did what ever she pleased when I therefore told her something she said I was wrong.

  8:14 am, hours say they open at 8 am. Door is still locked.

  This place says it’s open until 10 pm. I got there at 7:20pm and they decided to close early. Not sure why. As a large Corperate fast food identity, why would you be able to close early?? Question?? Please explain. I will go to Corperate in a week unless I get a response to why you closed 2.5 hours early. Not good business

  Asked the lady if I could get the meal of the day without the sauce and then she proceeded to start making my sandwich without saying yes or no and then when I told her I wanted without the sauce said that Its gonna have a different price b That's what I was just asking😑 Can you speak English? Hispanic young lady with braces also not polite at all
