  Came in the store (by Craig and Revere) with a phone (photo/text) issue, Edgar was very nice, helpful and solved my issue!!! Very attentive to multiple customers at 1 time.....great job!!

  I have gone to Cricket and the representative is Nina. She is awesome. She is off the chain, any issues that I have. She has no hesitation to deal with and have dealt with it with a smile. I just love her. I've never had an issue with Any representative The service is awesome.I appreciate them.

  I went on July 7th 2023 to switch from metro PCS to Cricket. Nina the sales associate is a total ROCKSTAR. She was so upbeat, energetic and very outgoing. She told me about the promotions going on and what's included with what promotion. She guided me through the transition and took care of everything for me including getting me set up on Autopay. She was so specific and detailed when explaining everything. She assured me not to worry that my old service from metro PCS would be switched over to my new phones within the hour. This truly was a positive experience since switching over to a new carrier can be somewhat a little challenging.
