Order #F5F301F6-B9, placed at 06:15 hrs., scheduled for pickup at 06:40 hrs. Arrived at approximately 06:45, order was not ready and employee appeared to have just started making a sandwich for another person. 6:55 order is ready and I depart the store. I am now late for work, which is why I placed the app order and upon my inspection of the items, they were incorrectly made. Sandwich 1 had the toppings of 2 and 2's on 1. I would have cancelled the order once I arrived and found my order was not yet prepared but there is not feature in the app nor the confirmation email which allows for this. This store has constantly been late on my app orders which is why I have not ordered Subway in months but today's error has been the worst.

I went here twice in one week, the first nights there was 4 of us in like and the kid was making sandwiches for the online order, understandable because they prioritize that so we waited patiently , he then finished the 3 sandwiches and started making more for the online orders , we tried telling him we just wanted simple orders, he refused to serve any of us so we all left.
I went later that week at 8am and another young dude was barley setting up for the day and I understood that it’s important to get the checklist done for admin purposes, however he told me and the 3 of us who were waiting that he had a lot to do and it was gonna take a long time, implying we should leave so we all left, twice in one week is crazy. Who knows how many sales their missing because of this practice.
No one knows how to make sandwiches at all
