  My agent is Xavien Hood in Las Vegas. I used the company for approximately 5 years . I knew I was being over charged vs competitors but I figured when needed I'd get good customer service vs talking to a computer. I'd take that computer right about now !! I've been trying to get a bill credited that I paid, for 4 months now. I canceled with them in May & they continued to take money out of my account (which corporate reimbursed) . Unfortunately it still shows my final payment that I called in as an outstanding bill . I have submitted bank statememts twice to corporate & they have done nothing about it, expect apologies profusely & say they will contact me within a week . I wouldn't recommend that agents office to anyone. I'm literally hours, we are talking over 6 hours, on phone calls for nothing . Thank you to the young ladies that took my payment over the phone and never credited my account ! Essentially just stealing my money . I am hoping yall can have the experience I have . Oh, maybe like your bank accounts get hacked & you have to spend hours of your day on numerous occasions to handle it ..... then the bank does nothing & says you still owe them money !! Ha ha ha
