  To start, if you think you can just put in an order and have good wings at his location, it's NOT happening. Their commitment of "fresh never faked wings" is far from what they do at this location. Instead of making your wings fresh when order is placed, they batch fry everything and will have 4-5 baskets of wings just sitting over the fryer. Depending on when your order takes place, in most cases, those wings are already cold and dry. They are also super inconsistent with the way they toss the wings. It's either not enough seasoning/sauce, or a few pieces are super salty and the rest with barely any seasoning. After receiving dry unseasoned wings a handful of times, my workaround is to ask for some seasoning on the side so I can add to liking. To make sure the wings are not old and dry, I will ask for my batch to be made fresh. I usually order 30 wings or so for the family so doing a fresh batch shouldn't be a big deal. I dont mind the extra wait so long as to avoid cold dry wings. Asking for a fresh batch was never an issue until the past few times where the workers will just start talking crap among themselves, and then give you attitude and dirty looks when the order is ready at the pick up area (most are not properly trained, Alma gives the most attitude. There is a guy that has a limp when walking, he's the only one that doesn't involve himself with giving customers dirty looks or attitude). They are in serious need of new management and need to re-train their staff as the standard they set for this particular Wingstop is so low now. No longer patronizing this location going forward.

  The staff was nice and gave me an extra ranch which made it harder to write this review, but it’s not the first time I’ve gotten wingstop and the wings have been dry! Not only is there not a lot of sauce, but the some most wings were chewy. I wish they spent as much money as they do on advertising, on better quality wings

  I see why this is the worst rated wingstop within its area. Why is everyone so rude and can never make the food right.
