I place many orders from this location and today I noticed there was no fries with my order I did not realize in the app I selected carrots only not knowing that wouldn’t include fries with the 5 piece tender meal.
So I went back to the restaurant and I showed the manager my receipt and I asked if they could give me the fries I already paid for the meal.
The manager said do you have the carrots I said no but I made a mistake your app is confusing. She’s like well this is on you and we can’t give you free food it’s in o ur policy and I’m like I’m not asking for free it comes with the meal. It’s completely ridiculous to not provide good customer service I walked out of there crying because I felt embarrassed by this manager.
I won’t be giving my business to this location anymore.

Ordered some wings and fries for the Super Bowl online had to come pick it up at 1 but they had it ready at 12:30 but I didn’t know they were ready I got no email or text that my order was ready don’t get me wrong they food was great but the service needs to improve I still think their food is good just that experience made me mad
