  Staff cares more about their survey then doing their job. Asked me multiple times to do their survey, but I had to ask them for my drink twice, and they still forgot things like utensils I asked for. Customer service is about providing for the customer not begging for them to give you 5 stars while forgetting to do the basics of your job.

  I placed an order for delivery. I guess they go through door dash. I called and texted the driver no response.I waited 30 mins after the app said my food would be here to call the restaurant. They were absolutely no help. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and a half (mostly on hold) still no one could help. I was told I’d get a refund in about 7 days smh. I will never order from them again
