  I ordered my food at the wrong location and the workers here were especially willing to remake my food and get me out of there in a hurry. I just happened to order the wrong thing in a haste of my own doing. As such I would like to specifically thank a Ms Aracelis for not only remaking my order for a second time but including wayyy more food than I paid for and even giving me a drink that was never part of the order. Thank you again 10/10

  The managers and staff at the W. Rome Blvd (215/Durango) location are fantastic! They always greet you with a smile. Food is delicious! If something isn't quite right, they go above and beyond to make it right.

  the only reason they are getting 3 stars is becuase the manager Joselyn was understanding. order here all the time and never had any issues until today, ordered 2 6 pc tender meals , garlic parmesan style. i get home and and open the food boxes and they are plain tenders. there is no excuse what so ever for that. thats just pure laziness.
