  Didn’t like the attitude. Especially when it says it’s ready and I have to sit and wait 6 minutes. They put my fries upside down.

  Not only are the managers and employees here completely incompetent, but they are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the worst Wingstop’s I’ve ever seen.

  There are major issues with how this restaurant is operated. Nayeli is unprofessional and incredibly rude when handling customer service issues. The mistakes made on her account caused an entire conflict that could’ve easily been avoided. I was wrongfully profiled by Nayeli and treated with disrespect. The manager Ceara had a more professional attitude but handled the situation incorrectly as well. I had gotten accused of using a fake $100 that Nayeli had improperly checked but accepted as a form of payment anyways. Instead of confronting me on this issue while in store, Nayeli and Ceara had waited until they gave me my order and when I got into my vehicle to approach me outside to accuse me of giving them a fake bill. After the shenanigans I dealt with at this location, I had went next door to the Wendy’s and their management authenticated my bills previously used at this Wingstop location through a bill validator machine. I appreciate their help as this reconfirmed the unprofessionalism I dealt with Nayeli and Ceara at Wingstop.

  It was clean. There was a lot of handling my food with no hand washing or gloves being used. The chicken was freezer burned with barley any sauce on all the pieces. Not good at all.

  I ordered 10 garlic parm wings, 5 Korean Q, and 5 hot. They put the Korean Q ones in the same box as the garlic parm ones and I can’t handle heat of any kind, making 3 of my wings inedible. Then they put lemon pepper on my garlic parm wings, so they were lemon pepper garlic parm wings. Which wasn’t the flavor profile I was after. It wasn’t terrible but not what I was hoping for. Workers were friendly and everything looked nice and clean
