  Had a staff meeting and the crew voted for Wingstop as the snack of choice. Great decision! Ordering was easy, the food showed up right on time, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Exactly what you want when you’re feeding a hungry team! Of course, between the meeting and everyone diving into the wings, I forgot the most important thing for my expense report—the receipt. 🤦‍♂️ Five days later, I called the store and asked for the manager. Blanca absolutely crushed it! She tracked down my order from nearly a week earlier, gave me a couple of options for getting a copy of the receipt, and had me taken care of in no time. Outstanding customer service! Great job, Blanca, and great job, Wingstop. We’ll definitely be back for Round 2!

  I rarely rate 1 Star. However it was a horrible experience. I tried to order by phone but they couldn’t understand English. So I had to come in to order. I ordered boneless wings. Asked for extra crispy. It wasn’t listed in the ticket I asked the cashier did she tell them extra crispy. She said she did. I said ai didn’t see you tell them. Then she went back and told the cooks. The wings came I checked and they were boneless instead of the bone in I ordered. So they had to redo my order. If you’re running a business serving the general public. The cashier needs to be able to understand English well enough to understand the order. She clearly didn’t!
