I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Carrie at this luxury retail boutique. Professionalism, communication, and support were severely lacking. The manager created an uncomfortable and stressful environment that did not reflect the level of service and standards you would expect from a luxury brand. Concerns were often dismissed rather than addressed constructively, which negatively impacted both morale and the overall experience. I truly hope leadership takes feedback more seriously moving forward!
Uncomfortable experience at this location. We came in to shop for wedding bands the past Saturday. When I showed your associate my engagement ring to find a match (per her request), she kept pushing to know where it was from, eventually asking, "i mean, WHAT BRAND?" VCA team, do I need to pass a brand name background check to shop at your store?
After all the personal interviewing questions, the worst part? We didn’t see a single physical wedding band or a picture of one the entire time, even though she kept "checking" the catalog.
VCA, you can do much better on staff training. Rather than spending time screening customer's status, try providing some basic service. I’d recommend avoiding this store, there are better jewelry shops with professional service in the same mall.
The sales who served us today was a very rude lady. Her selling style was very aggressive- she made sarcastic jokes about cheaper bracelets, saying those are for kids.
When we said we needed to think about it - she said which ones? She could make the online order for us right now.
The whole experience was terrible. For that reason, we walked away.

We arrived this friday at 18h50… shop was closed. We previously called ne they told me that they were closing far later….
They were behind the window and in a hurry to leave. Very disappointing !
You should also update your Google Opening hours !
