  I came in today at about 2:30 or so , we weren't greeted. And not a single worker came to ask if they can assist us. I've been looking forward to purchasing my bag today but left since noone acknowledged us. The store was not filled with customers either, the two men were laughing and talking behind the counters.

  Matt the floor salesman was an absolute delight. We walked in and my husband straight up said we had low intent to buy. Even with that said, Matt was very professional and took out jewelry for me to try on and enthusiastically told me about each piece. At no time did he pressure us into buying anything. I was so impressed with his attitude, I did leave with a necklace. He was very patient and tried looking up my husband's Tiffany's account and when that didn't work, he still never wavered or tried to pressure us into opening a new account. Top notch work here. There are lots of Tiffany's on the strip but this one is definitely my favorite.

  Excellent customer service. Bought a pearl bracelet for my wife for Christmas in Salt Lake, and it broke whilst in Vegas. Took it into this location, and they exchanged it for us with no issues. Brilliant move. I've been a long time customer of Tiffany's and will continue to be. Kudos to their staff here. Bravo!
