  Worst UPS in the world. First problem, they hide it on the complete opposite of the casino, dramatically misplacing it on Google maps, on the third floor. Just for that I would immediately fire the management. Because barely anyone finds it, they randomly close it whenever work is inconvenient. Thinking of traveling here to do anything? Think again, if you prefer to not waste your time. Close this place so some sane and responsible company can actually provide service.

  DO NOT GO HERE TO RETURN AMAZON PACKAGES! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT QR CODES ANY LONGER. YOU'LL BE CHARGED FOR PRINTING THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL + THE BOX + THE PACKAGING AND SERVICE FEES. OTHERWISE THE STAFF IS REALLY GREAT, BUT WE'RE NOT GOING THERE FOR THAT. **Update: Amazon shows this location as one that WILL ACCEPT QR CODES, with no box or label. So when customers go there, park in the garage, go upstairs, they end up being charged for printing labels, boxes, and packaging. I will encourage you to offer a refund of my recent charges I incurred due to this store's new policy of not accepting Amazon QR codes...

  They are very helpful and took the extra mile while the print response wasn't running correctly. Then they stopped taking Amazon packages 📦. But the front desk service was helpful and got my prints the same day .I received a email 📧 the next day said my prints were ready .

  Shipping souvenirs & gifts home to save money from over weight luggage, straight to the point the chubby black dude working the counter stole items out of my package. Why? You live in Vegas you can get all the souvenirs you want.
