  I have utilized the services of this specific UPS store (10300 West Charleston) for the last 4 years. Many times, including my last visit on 06/25/26, Aubrey has assisted me. Aubrey is very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My last visit entailed sending framed family photos. Aubrey packaged the photos in such a protective way that they arrived in perfect condition. Aubrey, thank you for always providing outstanding customer service.

  Beware!!! This UPS location charges extra fees to print shipping label ($0.25 per page, plus $2 fee to open the file +taxes). I’m used to other UPS locations that have excellent service and would take care of it without any charges. So this stung a bit, especially since I could’ve easily printed the single page label at home. Lesson learned….Try other UPS locations for better service (won’t be using this one again)
