  The staff at this store are always extremely polite and friendly. This morning, I went in to AT&T return an item. Although there were quite a few customers, that very handsome young man managed to assist two people at once with remarkable speed. It was clear every customer was satisfied, as each one left looking happy. There are actually two UPS locations near my home, but this one will always be my first choice.

  Went there on a Sunday (6/2/19) looking to mail some documents, maybe like 10 pages. I usually send it via USPS and it costs me about $1.80. I knew they charge double and that was fine. But the lady working there was very unhelpful and rude, as soon as told her what I'm doing she was like "Oh, we charge double!!!" And I'm like "Ok, that's fine." Then she didn't even seem to touch the touchscreen computer when she just said "$14.95". Whaaat?!?! That's 7 times more expensive ... what in the world?!? I'm definitely not going back there because of service and price!
