  One star. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I brought my Amazon return in the original box, and the only thing it needed was a few pieces of tape. Instead of being helpful, I was told it would cost $4 just for tape or $9 for a roll. When I questioned it, another employee jumped in with, “It tells you when you do the return.” I don’t make returns often, so I wasn’t looking for an argument—I was just trying to return my package. The way I was spoken to felt condescending and unwelcoming. A little kindness and professionalism would’ve gone a long way. I’ll be using a different UPS location for future returns.

  The team at this UPS location worked very well together they make you feel at home their knowledgeable they give you the best prices available for shipping and they do it all with a smile

  Horrible experience! The guy with the beard was so rude and loud and did not want to help me at all! He literally hates his job! Definitely avoid this place! I had to go to another location for my package!
