  Everyone there has been wonderful . Ashlee ia absolutely amazing in customer service , she is proffesional , attentive, courteous and always very kind . She is always making herself a ailible to answer questions or help me in any way she can . I owned a business for 20 years and finding people like her is not easy . She is more than just an asset to that company and whatever they are paying her should be doubled .

  Ashley was the most unprofessional and rude person I (we) have EVER experienced at a UPS in my (our) entire life. She turned out to be the manager as well which completely shocked us. To be honest, she is the reason that we will not be using UPS anymore. It is very unfortunate, but because of her behavior and treatment, we will be using USPS or other delivery services!! No more ups.

  Went to get a scan, they only had print image came out horrible. .1/10 would never do again.

  Picked up a package that was sent to me by Old Navy yesterday and all I had to do was show my ID. Today I received another package there from Old Navy and the employee told me there was a $10 hold fee. Same package size, same vendor. Absolute BS. Don't go here, there is another location down the street that won't rip you off.
