  Stephanie is the most miserable person I’ve ever seen. If you hate your job, then quit, but don’t take it out on customers and co-workers. I would rather drive another 2 miles to the next store then be helped by her.

  Was in a minute ago, older women at the front wouldn't accept my amazon return in the boxes they came in. She claimed that two boxes weren't allowed under one order and I would need to purchase a 10$ box. I find this hard to believe because not only have I never had this issue before here or elsewhere but her attitude was nasty since the moment I walked in and smiled at her. I've only dealt with lovely people at this location before today. Going to return at another location instead and will not be using this location anymore because of this women.

  After decades of using UPS, this location was the first to ever refuse to include weight on the receipt. “You don’t have to put the weight anymore” was her reason. The lady strongly insisted that she will not do it. Why go out of your way to go against UPS company policy. I cannot understand. Unbelievably rude.
