  I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was very friendly, patient, and professional. They helped me with everything I needed and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant experience overall. I’ll definitely come back whenever I need shipping or printing services. Highly recommend!

  I dont like writing bad reviews , this is the only one ive ever left, but my experience here was a costly disaster . I sent a package on June 8th from this store and it was lost , I filed a claim , and and they notified me that they are sending me a measly check they wont cover the damage done to my faith in UPS the UPS store and will not replace the non monetary value of the package and what it meant . When I attempted to try to find my package , I kept getting handed off from one dept to another and ultimately was told my issue was with the UPS store I sent the package from , it now July 1st and my package is still sitting in a Utah warehouse, Ive lost my package , time and money and any desire to ever give money to UPS or its stores again
