  I stopped by quickly after work without any packing supplies or anything, just my small item to ship and Ally was so awesome and helped me! She was very informative and helpful! Even making a few jokes with me about the cute Halloween decor! Ally and the other ladies working made the environment feel very welcoming and professional and I look forward to coming back next time I need something mailed with care and consideration :)

  Went to the UPS store at this location on Friday, October 9. The manager Veronica and the young lady side of the store was so amazing and so helpful. I was preparing some documents for a new job and Veronica the manager. The conversation was great. She was very sweet as since they are very helpful.

  Ashley at UPS is amazing! She so kind, helpful, and patient as she assists me with shipping. She makes the whole process easy and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really makes a difference.   Ashley and Veronica were the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Amazon was giving me so much problems trying to get extra return labels to ship heavy boxes. Ashley was there first and she was so sweet and kind. She tried helping by speaking to the Amazon rep to inform them of the labels after they were giving me the runaround. Veronica came in and was also so sweet and kind and offered to speak with them as well. They both were very patient with me as this situation got figured out.. I have really bad anxiety felt like I was spiraling but they remained understanding and professional going over and beyond. Thank you ladies so much! You both deserve all the kudos and a raise!
