  Every employee I’ve dealt with here is knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful! I can’t recall every name but I’ve had packages sent, printouts, documents notarized, Amazon returns, etc. Ally was super helpful just recently, although Veronica, Ashley, & the fellas are all great help as well!

  A very organised store, friendly mgr, staff and good service . Always helping out when there are mailing complications. I absolutely love coming to this store for all my mailing needs.

  The best! We have been coming here for years. Always nice, helpful and great prices. Even busy times, just super accommodating. I love the staff here. Printing, notary, shipping you name it! Everything in one place! So convenient.

  0 stars, absolutely terrible, never go to this store they don’t even tell you that you have to pay for every print and the employees that work there are incredibly inefficient and cannot handle any jobs. they had me pay $3.50 for this mishap of a print and didn’t even tell me beforehand. every other ups i have gone to offers better service than this.

  When I first walked in the first person was rude. She couldn't handle the people the was coming (2) over load of individuals at once coming in apparently she was rude w/ her responses to me. But when Ally came out she was courtesy, helpful understanding and supportive to each person including myself. I can't remember the name of the lady but she did receive a review while I was there she was lucky I hadn't been the one doing her review for for her as I did make that comment because the way she treated me was very unkind. She cant handle pressure apparently and needs to be trained in regards. Because the way she spoke w/ me was unacceptable. There was no directional as to how they wanted to do there lineage so speaking to people as though they are children and making it seem like a racial indication as well was really wrong.That exactly how she made the situation But Ally as I stated made the situation comfortable in the end. Thank you Ally.
