  I came in to ship out a few packages- was in and out. GOOD customer service nowadays is hard to come by. But VERONICA helped me so much; she made everything smooth and easy. I asked her a million questions, because this was my first time shipping, and she answered every single one without rushing. She packaged my items very thoroughly. She informed me she was the manager and I have to say, WAY TO GO OWNER! Your staff is on point. She was friendly and needless to say, I'll be back here again.
