  Shame on you! How dare you have somebody upfront face-to-face with customers that is fully symptomatic with whatever, blowing his nose and handling things directly with customers with his current dirty tissues in hand, mask off at same time and clearly is sick! HANDLING ITEMS BACK & FORTH WITH CUSTOMER! and with other coworkers in direct contact. Unacceptable. First and last time to this one! I will never return to this location.

  I've been at this PO box for a few years now. Roy and Craig are stellar examples of how a place should be run. They know me by name, know my PO Box number - the other staff always look at me like I am new. Roy is super warm and funny. Craig is kind and always takes care of my packages being sent out with great care. The owner should keep these two and hire more like them! Awesome customer service. Thank you both for always making me feel taken care of.

  my family and i love roy and Craig - my wife has to go get pur mail and since I cannot help life anything Craig always helps my wife which has meant so much to me. Roy is very sweet to my daughter, wife and myself - they are extraordinary people. Best people at the store by far. they are cordial helpful and super kind in their service.
