  The store is in a very busy suburban part of Las Vegas, I’ve been there numerous times and the personnel are excellent. They have boxed items for me, always used the appropriate amount of Materials to make sure items are received in perfect condition, and sometimes extra, options are always given for best way to ship, employees are professional, and probably the best UPS store I have used over many cities. This franchise is obviously well managed, well maintained, and management and employees must love their jobs! Kudos to the owner of this UPS store!

  The staff members are so polite and very friendly! They go out of their way to provide great service and get done what you need!! Keisha was delightful!

  I'm not really fond of the new layout. While it might fit the store's workflow, it feels a bit like an industrial warehouse. Just my two cents! HELP is always friendly.
